Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Pavel Duglas (a private individual, address: 350 Nguyen Van Linh, Da Nang 555000, Viet Nam; “we”) on the use of the GoodGirlPower app on iOS, Android, the web and Telegram (the “App”). By using the App you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the App. How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy: https://goodgirlpower.app/privacy.

1. What the App is

The App is a journal of nutrition, cycle, sleep and wellbeing with calorie and macro calculations, recommendations and an AI assistant.

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical care. Calculations, recommendations and assistant replies are informational. They are not a diagnosis, a prescription or a doctor’s consultation, and they do not replace seeing a doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an eating disorder or a chronic condition, or take medication, make nutrition decisions only together with your doctor. If you have life-threatening symptoms, contact emergency services immediately.

2. Who may use the App

The App is not intended for anyone under 14. If you are between 14 and 18, use the App with the knowledge and consent of a parent or other legal guardian.

3. Your account

You can sign in with an email code, with Google, Apple or Telegram. Without registration the App works in guest mode and your data stays only on your device. You are responsible for access to your email and device and for keeping your details accurate: the calculations depend on them.

You can delete your account at any time: Settings → More → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play: cancel it in your store account settings.

4. Artificial intelligence replies

Some of the App’s replies are produced by artificial intelligence services (which ones, and what they receive, is in section 4 of the Privacy Policy). Such replies may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check anything important and do not make them the only basis for health decisions. Nutrition values come from the food database and may differ from the actual ones.

5. Free plan and Pro subscription

The main features are free, with limits shown in the App. A Pro subscription removes them while it is active. The price, period and currency are shown before you pay.

A subscription through the App Store or Google Play is bought and paid for through your store account. It renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; payment for the new period is charged within 24 hours before it starts. You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your store account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by the store under its own rules.

A subscription bought on the website (when that option is available) is governed by the payment terms published on the website at the time of purchase.

Pro is tied to your account and works on every platform where you sign in to the same account. Prices for future periods may change; the store notifies you of a price change for an active subscription under its own rules.

6. What you may not do

break the law or infringe the rights of others;
try to access other people’s data, bypass plan limits, or interfere with the App and its servers;
extract data or replies from the App automatically (with scripts or bots) or resell access;
use the App to harm yourself or others, for example by pushing the assistant towards dangerously low calorie advice.

If you break these terms, we may restrict or end your access to the App.

7. Your data and content

Your entries, photos and own recipes belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to run the App and only as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload content you have no rights to.

8. Rights in the App

The App, its texts, design, character, recipe database and code belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your devices.

9. Liability

The App is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and calculating correctly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for health decisions made on the basis of the App without consulting a doctor, or for indirect losses. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

10. App stores

If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple’s Standard License Agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If from Google Play, the Google Play terms apply. The stores are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the App or its content.

11. Changes to these terms

We publish a new version in the App and at https://goodgirlpower.app/terms with the date at the top. We will tell you about significant changes in the App before they take effect. If you keep using the App after that, you accept the new version.

12. Disputes

If something goes wrong, write to us at support@goodgirlpower.app: we will reply within 30 days and try to resolve it. If we cannot agree, the dispute is resolved in the manner provided by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the laws of the country where you live.
