Delete your account and data
You can delete your GoodGirlPower account and all data linked to it in the app itself, or by email if you no longer have the app.
In the app
- Open GoodGirlPower on iPhone, Android, the web at app.goodgirlpower.app or in Telegram and sign in.
- Go to Settings, the More tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone; the data cannot be restored afterwards.
By email, without the app
Write to support@goodgirlpower.app from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete account". We will delete the account and data within 30 days and reply once it is done.
If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, delete the account in the app on iPhone: we cannot find such an account from an email.
What is deleted
- your account and email address
- your profile: questionnaire, goals, health details
- all journals: food, cycle, sleep, check-ins, mood journal, vitamins, lab history
- assistant conversations and uploaded photos
- app usage records and Telegram reminders
What stays
- The AI request log: feature, model, token count, cost, time. It holds no request text, and when the account is deleted its identifier is removed from the records, so they are no longer linked to you.
- An App Store or Google Play subscription: deleting the account does not cancel it. Turn off auto-renewal in your store settings.
